The Company

Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting an agricultural products engineering company in their search for a Regional Sales Manager.

This is a growing, family owned business with a European distribution network, strong management and sales team, and fulltraining program.


The Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a key client account, along with the development of an existing territory.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Being the internal company voice within a client dealership network
  • Managing new sales and spares sales
  • Maintaining commercial awareness of competitor dealerships and products, identifying new product and new sales opportunities
  • Processing client orders and monitoring lead and delivery schedules
  • Liaising with end users, being the internal expert
  • Monitor spare parts stock levels
  • Prospecting for new contracts

The Person

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong personality, able to work within dealer networks
  • Organised and analytical
  • Experienced in sales, with a demonstrable track record of existing account management and new sales development.

Salary and Working Arrangement:


  • This is an onsite role based in North Yorkshire, with quarterly travel to the head office required.
