DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role


We are looking for a part time Project Co-ordinator to help manage our Professional Services lifecycle from pre-sales to project delivery.

You will be working on multiple projects and supporting consultants with their daily duties, managing their calendars, and booking both pre-sales and PS meetings with our VAR's and end users.

This is a Part time role working 22.5 hours a week over 4 or 5 days.


As the Project Administrator, you will:

  • Schedule consultants calendars ensuring all relevant stakeholders are updated
  • Manage the UK Resourcing mailbox
  • Book scope calls with all relevant stakeholders
  • Cross check Sales Orders, Quotes and Expenses against statement of work
  • Request Purchase Order for Professional Services prior to project initiation
  • Request and file Customer Sign offs
  • Ensure all invoicing are issued and right first time
  • Create monthly reports for Technical Services Director
  • Create and track consultants out of hours spreadsheet
  • Create EMEA contracts as required, ensuring they are filed correctly and received by the client
  • Build working relationships with our Services Partners
  • Build working relationships with Exclusive Networks offices especially Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, DACH & France, Italy
  • Manage the Support Admin mailbox

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you

The ideal Project Administrator will:


  • Be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent analytical and numerical skills with a good eye for detail.
  • Have strong work ethic with administration and customer service experience
  • Be able to communicate and build relationships effectively
  • Work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise and have strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Be educated to A level or equivalent standard
  • Be confident and work well in a team, providing support to colleagues and customers.
  • Have a flexible approach to working
