DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role
We are looking for a part time Project Co-ordinator to help manage our Professional Services lifecycle from pre-sales to project delivery.
You will be working on multiple projects and supporting consultants with their daily duties, managing their calendars, and booking both pre-sales and PS meetings with our VAR's and end users.
This is a Part time role working 22.5 hours a week over 4 or 5 days.As the Project Administrator, you will:
- Schedule consultants calendars ensuring all relevant stakeholders are updated
- Manage the UK Resourcing mailbox
- Book scope calls with all relevant stakeholders
- Cross check Sales Orders, Quotes and Expenses against statement of work
- Request Purchase Order for Professional Services prior to project initiation
- Request and file Customer Sign offs
- Ensure all invoicing are issued and right first time
- Create monthly reports for Technical Services Director
- Create and track consultants out of hours spreadsheet
- Create EMEA contracts as required, ensuring they are filed correctly and received by the client
- Build working relationships with our Services Partners
- Build working relationships with Exclusive Networks offices especially Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, DACH & France, Italy
- Manage the Support Admin mailbox
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you
The ideal Project Administrator will:
- Be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent analytical and numerical skills with a good eye for detail.
- Have strong work ethic with administration and customer service experience
- Be able to communicate and build relationships effectively
- Work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise and have strong organisational and coordination skills
- Be educated to A level or equivalent standard
- Be confident and work well in a team, providing support to colleagues and customers.
- Have a flexible approach to working
