We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our Change & Transformation Practice as Regulatory Project Manager; allocated to a multi-disciplinary squads delivering Mandates across a large portfolio.

The role sits within our Regulatory Reporting Change capability who work with clients to deliver regulatory change.

The Practice focuses on delivering more than pure compliance and positions regulation at the centre of business transformation.


The role:


  • You will support the delivery of business critical projects and initiatives on time and within budget by understanding the business need and responding with the necessary business, systems and data requirements analysis.
  • Do detailed Analysis, elicitation, presentation, validation of requirements to business and technology stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of the requirements and the goals/objectives of what needs to be delivered to thebusiness.
  • Work with technology partners and Regulatory teams regionally and globally to deliver high quality products in a fastpaced environment
  • Develop robust systems and solutions with an eye towards performance, supportability and maintainability
  • Have collaborative attitude when interacting with other developers, support, and frontoffice

Key Skills and Experience:


  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment around UK / EU Prudential reporting (including FINREP, Capital, RWA, SFTR, EMIR and Liquidity) for banking and investment entities, and an awareness of the evolving regulatory landscape
  • A working knowledge of emerging regulatory themes and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrates experience of working in finance and regulatory change and can explain the impact of change to the operating model, across process and controls, governance, data and systems
  • Experience of target operating model design and implementation, along with process improvement through technology enabled solutions
  • Expertise in bestinclass process and control knowledge for regulatory reporting, specific to Retail and / or Investment Banking and can explain the key challenges being faced in moving to an efficient and effective reporting environment
  • A proven track record of operating in a project environment and able to work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve transformation and business outcomes
  • Experience mobilising and leading major and complex regulatory change programmes / projects
  • Demonstrate experience of working on multiple projects, managing time effectively to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
