Customer Service Associate

Are you driven and highly organised? Do you thrive on providing a fantastic customer service and are completely customer orientated? if so this role is for you My client is a luxury brand, and they are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join theirsmall but busy team.

As their new customer service associate you will:

Providing support to customers in real-time on the website via live chat platform
Full ownership of customer enquiries including the provision of positive and proactive solutions to issues
Providing feedback on customer comments and issues to the wider Customer Service team
Taking ownership of and completing a variety of administrative tasks related to Customer Support
Recording and escalating complaints received by the customer
Note recording on customer accounts and financial records to ensure they accurately reflect the current status

Monday to Friday role office based 9am to 5pm
