  • Administering monthly payroll for employees
  • Managing employee data and ensuring the accuracy of records
  • Processing tax forms and benefits information
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and payroll regulations
  • Addressing payrollrelated inquiries from staff
  • Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance department as needed
  • Collaborating with HR to ensure seamless onboarding processes
  • Contributing to the continual improvement of payroll systems

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Payroll team member should have:

  • A solid understanding of payroll processes and systems
  • Proficiency in using payroll software
  • Strong numerical skills
  • A detailoriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong desire to work within the notforprofit sector
