- Administering monthly payroll for employees
- Managing employee data and ensuring the accuracy of records
- Processing tax forms and benefits information
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and payroll regulations
- Addressing payrollrelated inquiries from staff
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance department as needed
- Collaborating with HR to ensure seamless onboarding processes
- Contributing to the continual improvement of payroll systems
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Payroll team member should have:
- A solid understanding of payroll processes and systems
- Proficiency in using payroll software
- Strong numerical skills
- A detailoriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong desire to work within the notforprofit sector
