A market leading Insurance broking group have a fantastic opportunity available to join them as Care & Charity Manager, to responsible for managing their Commercial Care & Charity Insurance Teams, based in the Stevenage office.


You will be tasked with the day to day management of these teams, reporting directly into the Head of Care within this top 5 Broker you will be responsible for the development and performance of all retention, pipeline optimisation (and/or marketing) withinyour teams.

This Broker write a lot of business under its own schemes and binders too under a DUA, so a chance to get involved with the underwriting side of things also.


This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs as well as managing and growing your team to achieve Company forecasts, plans, targets, and budgets with new and existingcustomers.

You will offer advice and guidance on risk management issues whilst ensuring your team adhere to compliance instructions and protocols.

To be considered for this role, you will need a solid background in commercial broking (care experience is preferred although by no means essential) along with some management experience.

This broker is happy to speak to those with varying levels of managementexperience, so this could also be a chance for a Team Leader, Senior Account Handler, or Exec with a small amount of mentoring/management experience to move into your first fully fledged management role, as well as an experienced manager looking for a newchallenge.

Salary on offer is £38-42k dependant on experience, plus bonuses and excellent benefits, with hybrid working available.
