£16 - £17.62 per hour via an umbrella company dependant on experience
Location:
West Midlands
An exciting opportunity to support a team throughout a period of increased workload. The successful applicant will support the assessments team for a public sector organisation.
Key duties:
- Coordinating end point assessments, including collating assessment paperwork
- Creating and working with large datasets that record details about apprentices and private employers, assessors, assessment results and assessment resources (such as written test questions and answers)
- Use sound project management approaches to ensure that all aspects of the EPA are planned appropriately and delivered on time. Including the planning of new standard delivery
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to respond to queries from apprentices, employers, and assessors, ensuring a high quality of customer service is always delivered
- Coordinating, managing and attending a variety of meetings, ensuring appropriate arrangements are made, all necessary paperwork is prepared and take minutes where required. Take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining action logs and coordinating evaluation of processes where appropriate
- Demonstrating leadership and professional conduct at all times, in line with the organisations values and behaviours and to work flexibly to support the delivery of business objectives
- Acting as a relationship manager, building effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Participating in assessment development
Required skills and experience:
- Ability to plan and coordinate the delivery of a broad range of complex educational/ assessment tasks or programmes of work
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills, data entry and formatting presentations
- Have project management/support skills with experience of working in an education sector preferable
