Reporting to the Senior People & Recruitment Lead, the role will encompass all recruitment and general activities within the People Team.


Responsibilities

  • Reviewing approved vacancies on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and posting job adverts internally, on the external website and Linkedin
  • Assisting with the management of the content on the Careers page on the Allan Webb internet
  • Management of CTP events and other associated events
  • Assisting with activities in relation to Early Careers
  • General People administration

Experience/Qualifications

  • A relevant degree or qualification from a recognised professional HR body or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft packages, and be able to learn HR systems
  • Proactive team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
