Job Information:

As part of a team delivering a multimillion-pound NEC Defence and Infrastructure project, in this newly created role you will be responsible for the provision of;

  • The provision of commercial support to Multi-Disciplinary Teams, including Project Management, Planning and Trades, from kickoff meeting to final account.
  • Carrying out site visits, safety stand downs, identification of change events, contribute to Change Management Database.
  • Drafting communications relating to provision of Cost Advice for review and approval by others in keeping with project Etiquette; reviewing communications and documents received, including all party 1 and party 2 (One Team) communications.
  • Assisting with final account close out of Task Orders of Defined Cost on this NEC Alliance Contract based Contract.
  • Supporting the Application for Payment process for partner collation costs in submission to the client on a Monthly basis.
  • Supporting the weekly cost report from Power Bi for responsible Task Orders. Alert any discrepancies to Senior Commercial Manager
  • Area Leads.
  • Monitoring planned v actual, including progress monitoring, challenging Norms, utilisation times, managing, controlling and mitigating delays, output reporting.

  • Meeting the Client's payment obligations


  • Change Management

  • Ensuring compliant management of scope change


  • Compensation Events Management

  • Governance, Management and Implementation.


  • Risk Management

  • Development of a comprehensive Risk Register


  • Allocation Management

  • Review and validate the allocations and coding of hours.


  • Dashboard Management

  • Develop data based dashboards and reports, including the live utillization and effectiveness factors for each task order.
