Joining our dynamic team in Lancaster as a Client Services Adviser, you will be crucial in generating new clients and managing relationships within our thriving contact centre.

Your Role:


As a Client Services Adviser, you will be based in our Lancaster office, where comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.


Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
  • Explaining our services to potential clients.
  • Determining whether clients have a case.
  • Securing permission for us to act on their behalf.
  • Collecting and organizing all necessary documentation to create a Packaged Case.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth processes.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance KPIs.
  • Professionally communicating the process to clients.
  • Representing our and our partners' businesses effectively.

What We Offer:


  • Fantastic, uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of approximately £30,000.
  • A supportive team environment with room for growth; we aim to expand our team from 6 to a maximum of 10 members.
  • Reporting to the Call Centre Manager.


  • Working hours: Monday

  • Friday, 9am 5pm, with the flexibility of working 1 day from home.

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
