We are actively seeking a
Trainee Administrator to join our friendly team at our Uddingston HQ where you would have ongoing training, support, and development from day one.

The Role

Provide quality administrative support to the Project Team Assistant and wider team.
Assist with the management and administration of project files.
Assist with the maintenance and management of team folders.
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and reports
Filing and archiving of important documents
Other duties as required.

What you will need

An understanding of the Microsoft office package (outlook, Word and Excel)
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and use initiative.
Good communicator both written and verbal.
