ITD-DIB R-RWe are seeking to appoint a Personal Assistant to support Professor Polly Roy and Professor Anil Koul at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine for three days per week (0.8 FTE in total with a split of 0.6 for Professor Roy and 0.2 for Professor Koul).

The successful applicant will act as first point of contact for Professor Roy and will also undertake duties such as helping with online manuscript submissions, dealing with correspondence, taking care of claiming forms for her travel expenses and developing a good understanding of policies and procedures to ensure the office runs smoothly.

For Professor Koul they will be the London contact, ensuring his monthly visits to the School from Belgium run smoothly and booking rooms/reimbursing expenses.

They will also work with the Department Administrator to produce the Department Newsletter (monthly)
