This is fantastic opportunity as Maintenance Technician to join this fantastic education facility who provide practical leaning for students. This individual will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations for the company's maintenance and facilitiesacross the premises.


Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:


  • Work closely with the premises, estates and facilities team carry out maintenance projects as required.
  • Opening and closing the premises and act as a responsible key holder.
  • Carry out regular service and repair work across the site.
  • Keep up to date n Health and Safety regulations.

Experience and qualifications required for the Maintenance Technician:

  • Experience in caretaking or facilities
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations/legislations
