Page Personnel is exclusively supporting a market leading business based in Eastleigh with their recruitment of a Revenue Controller on a full-time 35 hour week on a 3-6 month contract.

The role is working within an accountancy team of 5 and reports to theRevenue Manager. The role is a hybrid position with 3 days in the Eastleigh office and 2 days at home.

The offices in Eastleigh are newlyrefurbished and offer excellent facilities and top end equipment. The office is located near the M27 and has excellent public transport links.

Description
As the Revenue Controller, you will be responsible for:

Agreeing and setting monthly billing targets
Provide regular progress reporting against billing targets
Monitor billing progress
Manage credit note requests
Assist with the preparation of transactions and accounts
Follow up missed billing dates, agree revised dates, and update systems
Agree and set monthly collection targets
Regular reporting against collection targets
Monitor debt age profile
Take telephone payments
Assist cashiers with receipt allocation queries
Update collection statuses and notes in the credit control system as required
Monitor payment plans agreed with clients
Maintain customer credit limits

Profile
In order to be considered for the Revenue Controller role, you must:

Have previously worked in Revenue Control or Credit Control and be able to demonstrate this
Be immediately available or on short notice
Be able to work calmly under pressure
Be able to manage your own workload
Be able to work as part of a team
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
