Residential Conveyancing File Creator

Salary:
£21,000 - £23,000 DOE


We here at Simpson Judge are looking to assist one of our national clients in their search for a new initial point of contact for the Residential Property department, where you will be the first point on contact for the firm and seeking to assist clients in the early stages of the conveyancing process.


Our client does have the ability for those who are interested to offer long term routes of progression but they would be seeking a minimum of 2 years of employment at the level prior to that becoming an option.


Responsibilities:


  • To be the first point of contact for clients, speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
  • Completing internal forms and tracking of data
  • Provide clients with information they need regarding legal services within the Residential property Department, and following up to maximise conversion from a lead to a sale.
  • Provide accurate quotes to prospective clients.
  • General administration duties.
  • To work in a safe and secure manner, with regard to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Opening files and preparing initial on boarding paperwork for clients
  • To undertake any other reasonable activity requested by the Firm

Requirements:


  • A minimum of a year experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of residential conveyancing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional, friendly and approachable
