Value Match are working with a small, fast growing procurement consultancy based in
Newcastle upon Tyne who are looking to appoint a
Head of Operations to oversee the planning and implementation of their increasing project pipeline.

Working well under pressure with a supportive, innovative style the Head of Operations will be key to successfully achieving our project milestones through which we will continue to be a trusted partner to social landlords and supply chain partners across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Salary £48,000 -£56,000

Has a proven track record of managing teams in a small, fast paced environment
Experience of successfully delivering strategic projects
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to speak articulately and confidently
Enthusiasm and willingness to provide help, leading by example with clear and focused direction
Understanding of Public Sector Procurement processes and construction/housing sectors
