Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Drug & Alcohol Specialist Recovery Worker (OARW/DARW/SMRW/SMW/DDRW) for a leading Criminal Justice Substance Misuse Recovery Service based in North London, who are really passionate about providing a personal recovery service.
The successful applicant will be a sector experienced, compassionate individual who will be able to offer service users a first-class recovery in an industry leading working environment.
You will have and manage your own caseload, working as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how they can help service users, developing plans to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.

In order to be considered for the role you must have a genuine passion/background within SM along with knowledge and understanding of the criminal system, hard reduction techniques, interventions & experience of multi agency working including with external stakeholders.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£17.00-£18.75 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Drug & Alcohol: 1 year (preferred)
