Position:


In this role you will lead and manage the provision of financial information, reporting, budgets, forecasts and projects across the business with particular focus on the Mid Market division, providing commercially focused insight to enable business leaders to deliver decisions which continually improve financial performance and achieve strategic goals and objectives.


Requirements:


  • Qualified Accountant
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • High standard of commercial acumen and ability to influence key decisions
  • Demonstrable ability to identify, understand, select and drive the key value drivers in an organisation and use those to define the reporting and governance agenda to ensure alignment across an organisation
  • Experience with the external audit process and dealing with auditors either within industry or from a background in practice
  • Substantial experience of creating and improving finance processes and proved record of driving through change, focused on optimising performance in line with strategic goals
  • High level analytical skills with experience of interpreting large amounts of complex data in a corporate environment
  • Experience of producing management reports to strict deadlines, providing insightful and articulate analysis of meaning, impact and trends
  • Experience of business partnering, communicating with and influencing senior managers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to deliver value and insight to the senior stakeholder and the wider business.
  • An ability to articulate financial information to nonfinance stakeholders
