Administration / Scheduling Assistant


Salary: 20p per hour above NMW

Hours:
Full time 9am to 6pm


Location:
Wembley, Middlesex - must be local or within commuting distance.


We are actively recruiting an Administration / Scheduling Assistant to join the lovely team here at Specsavers Domiciliary based in Wembley.

Previous Optical Experience is required


We are actively recruiting an Administration / Scheduling Assistant to join the lovely team here at Specsavers Domiciliary based in Wembley.

The administration and scheduling part of the role is very customer focussed as well as being key to the success of our clinics.

You will make and take calls from patients, care homes and 3rd parties and book, schedule and plan the clinics efficiently.

Update patient records, arrange for deliveries of patient's new glasses, liaise with the field based teams on a daily basis and ensure all of our customers feel listened to and are happy.

Pay:
Up to £24,200.00 per year
