Description

Metal Processor
Performs production tasks in order to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

Loads/unload/mask parts on the production line according to schedule and instructions as per IATF 1694
Performs basic visual inspection for rust or damage and follows all applicable reject procedures.
Understands packaging process and ensures parts are packaged and identified correctly according to instructions.
Ensures all racks and tooling are suitable and safe for use.
Contribute to team members onthejob training and orientation
Participates in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures to meet customer commitments or plant metrics and performance.
Promotes and utilizes 5S Standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
Must understand and comply with all EHS procedures
Must be willing to work overtime when required.
Other duties as assigned.
