Role Overview:


As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that their customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Based at the Manchester location, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in person and providing assistance with inquiries, requests, and concerns; this will occur in places where customers reside, work, or shop in Manchester.


Responsibilities:

  • In-Person Customer Engagement**: Customer interactions will occur in places where customers reside, work, or shop in Manchester.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and offer guidance on available services.

  • Order Processing**:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the internal systems. Ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner and that customers receive confirmation of their purchases.

  • Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Listen attentively to customer feedback, empathise with their concerns, and take proactive steps to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services to effectively assist customers and address their inquiries. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and special offers.

  • Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support as needed, including filing paperwork, updating customer records, and maintaining an organised work environment.

  • Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate customer feedback and insights to relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

  • Compliance**:Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, to maintain a high standard of service and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customercentric mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to commute to Manchester on a daily basis.
  • Fulltime availability is required.

What Happens Next:

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
