Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive facility management services. They specialise in delivering sustainable solutions to their clients, helping them optimise their operations while minimising their environmental footprint.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement energy reduction strategies for various client facilities.
  • Conduct energy audits to identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with clients, facility managers, and operations teams to implement energysaving measures.
  • Monitor and analyse energy consumption data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to execute energy efficiency projects, including the installation of energysaving equipment and systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest energy management technologies and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and educational resources to staff members and clients on energy conservation practices.
  • Track and report on energy reduction progress, highlighting achievements and areas for further improvement.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and utility providers to leverage available incentives and rebates for energy efficiency projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in energy management, energy efficiency, or sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of energy conservation principles, building systems, and renewable energy technologies.
  • Familiarity with energy auditing techniques and energy monitoring systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret energy data and identify patterns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant energy codes, regulations, and incentive programs is a plus.
  • Certification in energy management (e.g., Certified Energy Manager) is desirable.
