Role Purpose


The job holder will be responsible for liaising directly with all internal departments to communicate any flight meal increases or changes and liaising directly with airside flight co-ordinators with meal figures, aircraft stand number changes etc.

The positions will be responsible for receiving meal figures from airlines, checking updates, filing, entering onto IT system, and organising any late meal increases as they come in and will ensure the provision of an accurate, consistent and quality service to our customers.


You will be an active team member, ensuring that all work is complete according to daily work schedules and that all information received is communicated to the right people in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Retrieving all meal figures received via telex and customer specific systems for distribution to the relevant internal departments and Flight Coordinators.
  • Updating and maintaining meal figures into CBase system, print & check ACOs against system.
  • Entering aircraft changes/movement details into CBase system, liaising with planning office, informing all internal departments and supervisors.
  • Communicating with airside flight coordinators. Follow up with all departments whilst liaising with dispatch for a timely runout.
  • Completing all increase logs, strip sheets, a/c registration log, a/c change sheet, filing of telex communications, printing documentation as required, creation of ACOs, checking of final figures, filing ACOs for billing, entering final figures onto system for specific airlines.
  • Printing of CBase labels for all airlines.
  • Accurately completing relevant documentation (i.e. Compliance, HACCP, etc)Reporting any accidents or incidents and ensure any corrective actions are taken.
  • Ensuring company compliance policies are upheld.

What you'll have:

Essential

  • Excellent customer service skills Excellent Computer skills essential, including Excel and Word
  • Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to solve problems and work within strict deadlines
  • Able to work on your own initiative with a proactive nature
Desirable

  • Experience in the Airline catering industry
  • Good knowledge of cBase system
  • Able to deliver and improve upon set targets
  • Selfdisciplined, reliable, and accurate with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work as a team member and stand alone
  • Flexibility in working hours
