Role Overview:

  • Utilize your expertise in relationship building and stakeholder management to nurture our clients portfolio.
  • Showcase your client management skills to ensure exceptional client retention rates.
  • Drive sales groth; thrive in a selfmotivated environment, surpassing income targets with your dedication and hard work.
  • Leverage your network to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expanding your client base.
  • Uphold quality, consistency, and precision throughout the sales process.

About you:

  • Proven track record in generating new business within Commercial Insurance sector
  • Good technical knowledge of Commercial/Corporate Insurance.
  • Ability to generate and pursue leads, building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Strong commercial sales background with expertise in managing and retaining client portfolios.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior executives.
  • Resilience honed through prior clientfacing sales roles.
  • Insurance qualifications (e.g., CII, Dip CII, ACII) or progressing toward certification (Advantageous but not essential)
  • Ambitious nature with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Effective communicator adept at managing client relationships and stakeholders.

£50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
