NPD

  • Responsible to supervise
    NPD process on operations areas.
  • Liaise with the operation teams if the process is up to standards.
  • Report to Quality Control Coordinator the data of the
    NPD process
  • Coordinate with the relevant teams, departments and members to comply the requirements and the standards on the process
Hold / Quarantine

  • Register, coordinate, and investigate the Hold and Quarantines
  • Report to Quality Coordinator the information of the Hold and Quarantine.
Audits

  • Conduct the assigned audits and on time, complying with schedule
  • Coordinate with relevant teams, departments and members to conduct the Audits
  • Register any Non conformances and liaise with the relevant people to investigate and implement an action plan to get corrected
Quality Analysis

  • Responsible to assess the process and propose the right steps to match the standards
  • Report and help to operations departments to maintain the standards
Quality Control

  • Responsible of review the processes on a daily basic to capture any deviation to be corrected
  • Monitor, check all paper work from operations.
