Description

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours and paying between £19,000 and £20,000

Must have experience and skills in a previous similar role.

An Occupational Health (OH) check is to advise employers on the employee's health and make recommendations for any adjustments that may be required to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for the employee.

The Occupational Health Team cover a very sensitive and emotive workload so you will need to be resilient and able to work at a fast pace to ensure our colleagues get the relevant support in a timely manner.

Be prepared to support the wider business andoccasionally support on an overflow call system.

Responsibilities:

Carry out preemployment medical checks.
Assess and treat employees who are injured or become ill at work.
Provide counselling and support.
Give advice on health education, health and safety and sickness absence.
Carry out risk assessments and keep employee health records.
