Temporary
Full Time Warehouse Operatives required for large warehouse in Kilmarnock

Shift is Monday to Friday 12noon - 8pm.

Immediate start.


Due to the location of the warehouse and start times it is an advantage to have your own transport.
Pay Rates - meets NMW


Main responsibilities

  • Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of an accurate quantity, type and also acceptable quality
  • Picking and packing both store and web orders using handheld scanners
  • Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched
  • Shipping stock in accordance with the delivery timelines and quality assurances
  • Tidying up or moving any potentially hazardous products
  • Selecting stock location for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas
  • Using ladders in a safe manner when and where necessary to pick stock from height.

  • Good timekeeping
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£7.64-£10.42 per hour
