Are you a Civils Inspector or Supervisor with good civils and Streetworks knowledge looking for the next move? A move where you can develop into more of a HSEQ type role, an opportunity to really make a difference?Our team of HSEQ Inspectors carry out contractor audits on our FTTH / FTTP builds. They are NRSWA Supervisors, know the Red Book, Chapter 8, SROH and HAUC regulations.
They are there to ensure Local Authority and internal Gigaclear regulations on health, safery, quality and standards are being adhered to.
That everyone goes home safely at the end of the day and works are being carried out right first time.
We set the bar high, keeping strikes to a minimum and pass rates as high as possible are part of our company objectives.
You may not have all the experience and knowledge just yet but you will be able to evidence where and how you have taken responsibility for site incidents, identified and rectified poor working practices and have had to deal with contractors and subcontractors on a regular basis to build good working relationships.
You will also bring the right attitude, you will want to "do the right thing".and work for a company that follows this value.

Gigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) company, having grown from 100 to circa 700 employees over the past 5 years, we are developing our fibre-to-the-premises broadband infrastructure to some of the most difficult to reach areas of the UK, empowering those communities with broadband to rival any city.
This is a field based role therefore you will require a full driving (manual) licence held for at least 12 months, this role comes with a van.
