The job role

YOU will manage the Finance, IT and Purchasing Functions

As Finance Director, KEY RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

As part of the senior management team contribute to the strategy and key decisions to drive the business forward
Lead the development and monitoring of business wide KPIs (covering both sales and operations) to enable delivery of agreed business targets
Ensure that all commercial decisions are supported by rigorous financial analysis including new business proposals, capital investments and CI/operational performance initiatives
Ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions in the Company's book of account with appropriate financial and management controls in place, effective and regularly reviewed including all balance sheet reconciliations
Timely preparation of monthly (and quarterly) management accounts with detailed analysis and insight of monthly performance (sales, direct labour, materials and overheads) with clear explanations for all variances to plan.
