Our client is a leading build-to-rent developer,investor, and operator looking for a permanent Caretaker/Handyman for a luxury building in Maidenhead, SL6

Working hours:
Mon - Fri hours per week)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

To ensure all areas in and around the building are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
To ensure that residents receive an excellent level of customer service, and that the property is kept and maintained to the highest standards.
To investigate and report any issues to the Residents Team Manager so that the property runs efficiently and any disruption to the residents is kept to a minimum.
To turnover apartments from a maintenance perspective, carrying our decoration and other works as needed.
To act as a second point of contact out of hours with the RSM (who lives at site).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all of those in the building and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Keep the common parts and amenity areas of the property clean and tidy and vacuuming and mopping as needed including cleaning toilets, kitchens areas and communal lounges
Carry out end of tenancy cleans and/or sparkles as needed
Ensure the bin store and car park are tidy, clean, and well managed
Carry out reactive maintenance jobs as directed by the RSM

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Interact with the residents in a friendly manner and assist when possible
Establish effective, professional, positive working relationships with colleagues
Be responsible for personal health and safety at work
To take pride and care in personal appearance, presentation, and conduct
Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures
