Project Administrator

Location:
Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Duration: 6-month contract

Pay Rate:
£20,000-£25,000 (pro rata)

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator for a 6-month contract based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
Full training and supervision will be provided.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Customs Paperwork processing, Logging, and submitting
Updating of ERP system with completed jobs / Invoicing of jobs
Updating of the Order book system with information from the PM team
Scanning of job bags and archiving as appropriate
Progress chasing with Operations on customer orders for the PM team
Review and log service sheets and send out quotations to customers on completed works
Minute taking, Gate Review Tracking and Chasing on meetings for project management team
Booking in and out of key components in ERP system
Manage Database on Warranty Claim Charges to customers and chase accordingly
Support the PM Team with any other Administration duties as an when required.
Receive calls with queries from other areas of the business and assist by providing the required information obtained from the database or redirect as needed.

Friendly, trustworthy & reliable.
Can work on their own and as part of a team.
Good communicator working within inhouse departments and customers.
Customer facing role so will need to have a professional attitude and manner.
Good Numeracy and Literacy skills.
Able to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines.
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
