If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Stamford for a Senior Employee Relations to work for one of our clients who is best in their class for performance and reliability in their product.


In this role you would be working initially on a fixed term contract for 6 months, this will likely be extended to 9 months, covering a period of maternity leave.

This position is offering hybrid working with 3 days minimum per week on site.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £ £27.48 per hour, depending on experience.


As the Senior Employee Relations your responsibilities would include:

  • Resolve issues and concerns for managers and employees
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and human resources policies
  • Represent HR as part of the leadership team
  • Lead the deployment of the Advancing Workforce Strategy Roadmap
  • Represent at a national level with stakeholders
  • Improve, and initiate a broad range of human resources processes
  • Management of the Occupational Health contract
  • Other duties as deemed reasonable

Person Specification:


  • Must have previous experience with Trade Unions
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong generalist HR Skills
  • Previous experience in a HR business partner or senior line HR generalist role
