Clinical Lead required for leading our Gynaecology and CEPOD surgical teams in delivering safe and effective care whilst meeting the challenges of our waiting lists.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Leader to undertake the role of Gynaecology and CEPOD surgical lead within scrub at the Prince Charles Hospital.
This is a pivotal role in our Senior Management structure to drive forward innovative service change in partnership with other team leaders and the Clinical Manager.
The post holder is expected to be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and a wide knowledge of their own and other specialties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with inspirational leadership skills and an appetite for developing staff, service redesign and delivery of safe and excellent care.
The post holder will work with the senior management team, providing senior advice, support and strategic leadership, along with professional challenges that arise in the theatre department.
You will have had demonstrable success in a management and a clinical role and established your credibility with multiple stakeholders.
Most of all, you will be able to motivate and engage others to ensure that the services we provide supports the UHB values, as well as having a pioneering approach that is not afraid to challenge conventional and traditional ways of working.
