About the Role:
Junior Project Planner - Interconnectors, Warwick (hybrid working)
This role is based from Warwick, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
You'll also need to be flexible to ad hoc travel to our core offices and operational sites with occasional international travel.
What you'll be getting up to:
- Supporting with all aspects of the project programmes, acting as a point of contact for project programme matters
- Attending and guiding internal / client programme meetings.
- Collaboratively working with the internal discipline teams to gather and present progress information to present to the project manager and senior management.
- Providing project performance data, project schedules and reports in a concise and timely manner as required by the project's team leads.
- Ensuring that all issues within the programme are highlighted and understood by Senior Management and giving appropriate planning advice where required.
- Producing the monthly programme reporting inclusive of changes and delays that have impacted the programme on a periodbyperiod basis.
- Delivering the necessary reports to allow Senior Managers to direct the project appropriately.
About You:

- Proven knowledge and experience of using Primavera P
- Experience in developing multidisciplinary baseline programmes working with project suppliers and stakeholders and managing interfaces.
- Excellent communication and written skills
- An ability to build lasting client relationships and engage with teams at all levels.
- A selfstarter with excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
