OpenText Professional Services has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic person to join the team as a Lead Consultant.

As a member of the Professional Services Group, you will be interacting directly with our customers, working with them to enable their EIM vision using the wide array of OpenText's industry-leading software solutions.

Your responsibilities will be to use your business and technical skills across the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, integration, deployment, testing, and customer orientation.

As a DV-cleared professional, you will work at the customers' sites to present, develop and implement OpenText EIM solutions by using your excellent communication skills and strong technical competence.

You're great at:

Delivering solutions with assurance and high-quality deliverables
Understanding and translating customer business requirements into a solution design
Acting as technical lead and domain expert during the project lifecycle
Developing well-structured and well-documented code
Contributing to the project documentation, including, but not limited to requirements document; technical design; test plans; and knowledge transfer documentation
Demonstrating strong customer-facing skills, by building and maintaining positive customer relationships, as well as managing stakeholders
Participating in presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations to a mixed audience of technical, business, and management staff
Preparing, maintaining, and submitting weekly activity/progress reports and time recording reports in accordance with published procedures
Working closely with the Professional Services Sales Team on new opportunities

What it takes:

Current UK National Security Clearance:
Developed Vetting (DV), is mandatory for this role
Experience with OpenText EIM products (Content Server, AppWorks) is an advantage
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / equivalent or relevant work experience
Technical consulting experience
Good IT background and familiarity with IT architecture and IT systems (Client/Server technologies, network architect, operating systems, databases, cloud, )
Proficiency in one or more languages and frameworks such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Angular, React, REST, Spring Boot, Shell Scripting, HTML5, XML, JSP, Python, ABAP
Experience with cloud technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud providers such as AWS, GCP and Azure, is an advantage
High level of commitment and willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies/products
On-site work at customer locations in the London area is a requirement of this position
