I have been exclusively instructed by a boutique financial/ professional services firm who are looking to hire a lawyer into their London based legal team.

The company provides a range of services across the world including general corporate services suchas incorporation and administration of companies, collective investment and funds, trustee services, estate planning, accounting services and legal services including IP.

Including this range of services, they additional provide a range of corporate productsfor their clients.

The day to day of the role will include a range or corporate matters and the boutique atmosphere nurtures close client engagement.


I am looking to connect with a qualified lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law ideally with experience in a family office or a similar institution with a strong understanding of corporate structured and trusts.
