Would you like to use your inspirational leadership skills to transform the services delivered to diverse communities?The Head of Housing & Community Services is a crucial role for Gateway Housing.
As a key member of the senior leadership team this extensive and varied position will present you with the opportunity to drive a Customer First approach.
Leading the delivery of all tenancy services for general needs and sheltered housing tenants and leaseholders, Gateway Housing is looking to enhance the overall customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Services you will operate as a key figurehead, providing strategic leadership and direction to a range of teams delivering tenancy management, income collection, voids and allocations, estate management and caretaking services.
With a track record of driving performance and proficient knowledge of housing technical and legislative requirements, you will inspire your teams to truly enhance the housing management offering, delivering solutions that really change lives for the better.
- Senior leadership experience within social housing in an urban environment
- Proven ability to demonstrate and lead a Customer First approach within a culturally diverse community
- Experience of strong financial management, including budget setting and reporting
- Track record of driving and developing high performing teams
- Specialist knowledge of the technical and legal aspects of landlord and tenancy legislation and regulation
- Substantial experience of driving customer insight and communication, resident engagement and empowerment
