What you'll do:


The Inside Sales Representative - Inbound role with focus on the qualification of inbound leads, converting them into opportunities and sales, for new and existing customers.

You will own the sales process from lead creation to closing the order.

You will also need to make outbound calls; opportunity progression, closing orders, and proactively to your sales plan customers (account portfolio).

  • Be customer focused in everything you do.
  • Manage customer data and use it to improve products and services
  • Optimize the processes and resources needed to get things done
  • Know how to organize people and activities to deliver synergies and improvements to how we work
  • Measure and analyse the right KPIs that drive performance
  • Negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external customers
  • Gain customer trust quickly to deliver commercial gains
  • Sales process proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process
  • English required as a first or second language
