The University of South Wales is a vibrant University with around 1200 rooms nestled in thebbeautiful Welsh hills. The post holder will join the Estates and Facilities department and will lead
the lettings and administration team as part of the wider Accommodation function.

The role will be based predominantly in Pontypridd.

We are seeking a Residence Life Coordinator to join the accommodation services team.

The post holder will be required to work some evenings and weekend hours depending on the
programme of events.

All posts are employed on 5 days out of 7 basis.

Whilst weekend work may be occasional it potentially forms part of the role so will be on a rota when applicable.

If a weekend/Saturday or
Sunday is worked, days off in the week will be arranged
