About the Role
The role of a Casual Support Worker at Advance is as varied as the customers we work with.


You could find yourself supporting someone to carry out day to day tasks like, administering Medication, budgeting, shopping, cooking, personal care, cleaning and accompanying customers to appointments.

You could just as easily be helping someone to realise their ambitions to go to college, develop their art or music skills, get a job, or go out clubbing


What is certain is that you'll get all training and support you will need to get to know your customers and develop the skills and confidence you need to carry out your role effectively.


It's a great place to progress too: lots of our Casual Support Workers have gone on to be managers, and some have moved into permanent roles in other areas of our business.

Whilst experience is not essential as full training will be provided, we very much welcome previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker.
