Advance is looking for Support Workers in Poole, Dorset to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

About the Role
The role of a Casual Support Worker at Advance is as varied as the customers we work with.
You could find yourself supporting someone to carry out day to day tasks like, administering Medication, budgeting, shopping, cooking, personal care, cleaning and accompanying customers to appointments.
What is certain is that you'll get all training and support you will need to get to know your customers and develop the skills and confidence you need to carry out your role effectively.
It's a great place to progress too: lots of our Casual Support Workers have gone on to be managers, and some have moved into permanent roles in other areas of our business.
Equally, there is the chance to work flexibly, fitting your role around your other life commitments.
