Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday

PLEASE NOTE:
The role is based within an Airport.
You will be required to under-go Security Vetting Processes ( including a criminal record check and counter terrorism checks ) if you are to be successful for this position.

DHL work in partnership with British Airways at Heathrow Airport to provide all cabin cleaning services within their Heathrow operation.

No two days on our Aviation contract are the same You will play an integral role in the ground handling operation, working to tight timeframes but delivering fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

Responsible for ensuring the security pass process is completed
Ensuring timely delivery to support the need of fully vetted colleagues
Ensure a high level of effective communication is maintained with colleagues, management, strategic partners and other DHL stakeholders
Accountability for all compliance regarding Civil Aviation Authority and DfT
Administration and upload of data in Airport gateway
Ensure full relevant legislative compliance is achieved and maintained

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Previous referencing experience
Essential
Aviation specific administrative background
Desirable
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Be calm, friendly and professional
Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
Ability to hold and manage sensitive information respecting confidentiality and data protection at all times
IT Literate and familiarity with Excel

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

Be able to provide 5 years address history
Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
To obtain a full airside ID
