Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the following:

Attending to reactive tasks on water systems, including leaks and blockages.
Installing and repairing water and drainage lines.
Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures, such as bathtubs, showers, sinks, and toilets.
Unblocking drainage systems, including pipework, urinals, and toilets.
Performing planned maintenance on water systems.
Assisting mechanical engineers as required.
Carrying out basic building fabric tasks.
Providing information and innovative ideas to supervisory and managerial levels to solve problems and reduce costs.
Completing maintenance tasks in a safe, timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Ensuring compliance with Boden and client standards, policies, and procedures, including relevant JSPs.
Promoting a proactive Safety Culture.
Documenting all work completed and updating records via a mobile tablet.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Essential:

First Aid at Work: Valid First Aid at Work certification.

NVQ L2 in Plumbing Installation: Demonstrated knowledge and skills in plumbing installation.

Basic Building Fabric Skills / BTEC in Construction: Competence in basic building fabric tasks and/or relevant BTEC qualification in construction.

Desirable:

Swimming Pool Operator / Maintenance: Experience or certification related to swimming pool operation and maintenance.

Legionella L8 Awareness: Knowledge of Legionella L8 guidelines and best practices.

PASMA & IPAF Certification

On-Call Rota Requirement:

Please note that this role includes participation in an 'on-call' rota.
