Head Office in Nursling, Southampton and across Hamwic Education Trust Schools

FTE:
This post will be carried out on an ad hoc basis, as and when investigations or concerns arise


Remuneration:
Grade 9 (between £19.31ph to £21.51ph)

_ We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced HR Investigation Officer to join our experienced Managed Services HR team_

Hamwic Education Trust (HET) is a large dynamic, fast-paced Trust with currently 35 academies across the South Coast. Linked to 6 community-based partnerships, there are 33 primary academies, 2 secondary and 1 hospital school.

WE ARE SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL WHO:

  • Has experience in investigating complex matters
  • Has proven experience of managing formal casework at all stages of the investigation process, appeal and disciplinary procedures
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has the ability to develop good working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Can work well using their own initiative and using time efficiently

  • Shows emotional resilience
  • Can demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
  • Can demonstrate that they understand the importance of safeguarding
