About Our Client:

My client is a leading security and facility services company that provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions.

They are looking to bring on a Procurement Administrator on a 6 months to help with an upcoming project and provide cross functional support across the team.

The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for:

Raising and checking invoice queries with suppliers and the FSSC.
Placing orders for all other purchasing from approved suppliers, as requested by

- operations personnel, via websites and the company purchasing system.

Maintaining/ reporting on catalogs on the Ariba system
Support suppliers using Ariba for any order/invoice queries
Supporting the team in all other duties as directed by the Team Supervisor.
Run reports in Ariba to monitor PO compliance
Any other adhoc duties

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Procurement Administrator will be:

Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Numerate and Literate
An understanding of SAP/Ariba and Oracle preferred but not essential
Should possess the drive to deliver a high quality service
Ability to problem solve escalated issues.
Ability to selfmotivate to deliver against agreed service levels
Team Player must be willing to help, support and encourage colleagues
Good time management skills to ensure own and team targets are prioritised.
Ability to keep calm and work well under pressure

What's on Offer:

£21,500 - £22,000 Salary (DOE) + Immediate start or on short notice + Free on-site Parking + Easily accessible via public transport + Monday - Friday hours
