About Our Client:


My client is a leading security and facility services company that provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions.

They are looking to bring on a Procurement Administrator on a 6 months to help with an upcoming project and provide cross functional support across the team.


The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Raising and checking invoice queries with suppliers and the FSSC.
  • Placing orders for all other purchasing from approved suppliers, as requested by
- operations personnel, via websites and the company purchasing system.

  • Maintaining/ reporting on catalogs on the Ariba system
  • Support suppliers using Ariba for any order/invoice queries
  • Supporting the team in all other duties as directed by the Team Supervisor.
  • Run reports in Ariba to monitor PO compliance
  • Any other adhoc duties

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Procurement Administrator will be:

  • Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Numerate and Literate
  • An understanding of SAP/Ariba and Oracle preferred but not essential
  • Should possess the drive to deliver a high quality service
  • Ability to problem solve escalated issues.
  • Ability to selfmotivate to deliver against agreed service levels
  • Team Player must be willing to help, support and encourage colleagues
  • Good time management skills to ensure own and team targets are prioritised.
  • Ability to keep calm and work well under pressure

What's on Offer:

£21,500 - £22,000 Salary (DOE) + Immediate start or on short notice + Free on-site Parking + Easily accessible via public transport + Monday - Friday hours
