About Our Client:
My client is a leading security and facility services company that provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions.
They are looking to bring on a Procurement Administrator on a 6 months to help with an upcoming project and provide cross functional support across the team.
The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for:
- Raising and checking invoice queries with suppliers and the FSSC.
- Placing orders for all other purchasing from approved suppliers, as requested by
- Maintaining/ reporting on catalogs on the Ariba system
- Support suppliers using Ariba for any order/invoice queries
- Supporting the team in all other duties as directed by the Team Supervisor.
- Run reports in Ariba to monitor PO compliance
- Any other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Procurement Administrator will be:
- Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Numerate and Literate
- An understanding of SAP/Ariba and Oracle preferred but not essential
- Should possess the drive to deliver a high quality service
- Ability to problem solve escalated issues.
- Ability to selfmotivate to deliver against agreed service levels
- Team Player must be willing to help, support and encourage colleagues
- Good time management skills to ensure own and team targets are prioritised.
- Ability to keep calm and work well under pressure
What's on Offer:
£21,500 - £22,000 Salary (DOE) + Immediate start or on short notice + Free on-site Parking + Easily accessible via public transport + Monday - Friday hours
