Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business, a national M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service.

Who currently employ over 1,000 staff and have a turnover in excess of £160m. My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their Northampton

This role is on a Permanent Basis

The main duties include the responsibility for the following:

  • Customer Facing/Meet and Greet
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Office Stock Management
  • General Office Administration Duties
  • Compiling Bid Documentation
  • Producing Letters and Documents (Word/Excel)
  • Compiling Electronic Operation and Maintenance Manuals
  • Coordinating Events

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
