Salary:
£13.19 per hour including Marriott benefits and other incentives; immediate start

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • This role would be a good step for an individual who has an interest and passion in working within the Hospitality Industry, and wants to gain further knowledge and awareness of the Front Desk specifically during night operations
  • Be fully conversant with all front office departmental procedures and systems used for daily operations (Opera PMS, Marsha, GXP etc.) if required training to be provided

YOUR PERSONAL IMPACT

  • Provides services that meet and exceed guest expectations at every turn, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty from our guests
  • Handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, complaints, requests or inquiries, by assuring appropriate action is taken or delegate until guest satisfaction has been met and exceeded.
  • Be the first point of contact for the guests from arrival until departure.
  • Perform night audit duties as required by the policy and procedures and follow through the task list of procedures accordingly.
  • Proactively contribute to all Front Office goals
