Our Manchester-based client is currently seeking a motivated and talented intern to join their team for a paid full-time internship.

This hands-on internship will provide you with real-world experience in business management, marketing and sales techniques, customer experience strategies and much more

Intern Day-to-Day Duties:

Ensuring a consistently exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire sales pipeline
Leveraging outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to promote clients' products and services
Demonstrating strong organisational skills to execute tasks and meet KPIs effectively
Addressing customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
Compiling and analysing weekly reports for insights and performance evaluation
