Description

Search Consultancy, one of the UK's leading healthcare recruitment businesses, is currently looking for an exceptional Assistant Care Home Manager to support the Registered Manager oversee two Residential Care Home in Stockport.

As a Assistant Care Home Manager in Stockport, you'll be working full-time earning a highly competitive salary of up to £36,000.

Working alongside the Registered Care Home Manager and reporting any concerns with the residents and staff as soon as possible, the post will include on call duties and promotion of the Home to maintain full capacity.

Person Specification

Level 5 Managers award obtained or working towards is desirable
Minimum 3 years' experience at supervisory level essential
Working knowledge of legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to care of people over 50 yrs essential
Experience in budgeting and recruitment essential
High professional standards and leadership essential
NVQ level 3 in care preferred
