Description

We're looking for a Project Executive (3 months FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Content function.

Your Role:

Your role will be to research awarded campaigns from our WARC Rankings databases, watching case study videos, reading case studies and doing desk research, to group campaigns together into creative ideas.

You will be responsible for updating a database that tracks these creative ideas across our rankings, which will ultimately lead to the publication of a report on the findings.

This is a role ideal for a graduate enthused by marketing creativity and effectiveness, and looking to gain familiarity with the best work in creative and effective marketing, and an understanding of the link between the two.

WARC Creative is the home for industry benchmarks including the WARC Rankings and Effectiveness Ladder; the Health of Creativity explores how often creatively-awarded work is also awarded for effectiveness,

Key Responsibilities

  • Work through a database of marketing campaigns, matching campaigns from the same creative idea together under a consistent nomenclature.
  • Cleaning, sorting and querying databases to ensure data quality and to extract information.
  • You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced
Your Experience

  • You are a recent graduate or young professional fascinated by the work of marketing effectiveness and creativity and want to spend time getting familiar with the most creative and effective campaigns in the world.
  • You are comfortable manipulating large data sets and have a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies in data.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential.
  • Previous experience within the advertising industry would be a distinctive advantage. You are driven and able to focus on a task through to its completion.
If you don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply.

At WARC, we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you are excited about this role we would still like you to apply.
