We are working with a client in Accrington to Appoint a Customer Support.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to franchisees of the business with any queries and training they require.

In addition to this you will be required to provide administrative support across mailbox functions within the business.

Responsibilities for the Customer Support include:

  • Training franchisees on the Auction Logistics processes
  • Scheduling and allocating auction sales within using our inhouse systems, ensuring items are categorised prior to the sale date
  • Monitoring and reporting on the accuracy of the categorisers
  • Ensuring that franchisees check the pricing before the sale date and actioning any legitimate amendments
  • Ensuring that customer pricing requests are responded to, meeting or exceeding predefined service levels
  • Ensuring that all other customer service requests are responded to
  • Process and automate mailbox renewals, including fees for any additional services
  • Process noncompliant mailbox customers and cancel mailbox services at customers request
  • Provide support to online mailbox customers
  • KPI reporting, including but not limited to; Sales income per store, Mailbox status, New and cancelled customers and non/late payers, Auction Logistics monthly sales data
Skills and experience needed for the Customer Support include:

  • A highly focused individual
  • Team player
  • Willing to take initiative with the ability to own prioritise workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to project manage, negotiate and work successfully with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
